If the weather is bad, we will assess different options together. If all vendors and you are available, we can change the day or time of the ceremony. If rescheduling is not possible or the weather doesn’t allow it, each location has a backup plan, and we provide beautiful transparent umbrellas for the ceremony and photos.

From the very first message, Belinda was a dream to work with — attentive, organized, incredibly warm, and calm through every moment. On the day of our ceremony, we discovered that the Iron Man race in Cascais was taking place literally right outside our hotel, making it impossible to leave. Belinda handled the situation with absolute grace — contacting the hotel, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a clear path so we could reach our ride waiting on a side street. Not once did we feel stressed; she made everything flow seamlessly. Truly, the perfect planner.
And then there’s Nicole, who walked into my room with a massive box of makeup selections and the most infectious energy. She was fun, professional, shockingly knowledgeable, and full of life. Not only did she make me feel like royalty, but my hair and makeup stayed flawless all night long — even with all the movement, celebrating, and a broken foot to work around! Her experience really showed, and she made the pampering process such a beautiful part of the day.
Our photographer was exceptional as well — directing us like seasoned Hollywood stars while capturing incredibly natural, candid photographs (exactly what we wanted!). His creativity blew us away, especially when he brought out a drone for stunning overhead shots we never expected. Every angle, every moment, every emotion — preserved forever.
What made this team stand out the most was not just the talent, but their humanity. They were kind, patient, fun, and genuinely invested in our happiness. Even though it was just the two of us, we always felt like we were surrounded by friends. Once we have answered all your questions, you can book our wedding packages by only paying a deposit via our friendly-user credit card. Once that’s done, we start working. But, of course, we finish our work once your ceremony ends.

We do not propose that service in our packages. As you can see all over our website is that we propose ceremonies that are purely symbolic, with no legal values. However, there is a reason for that: when non-italian couples realise what it takes to get legally married in Italy, 99% of them back off. Getting legally married in Italy for non-Italian citizens is possible but very complex, costly and lengthy. Complex because you need to deal not with one administrations but two. The Italian one and the administration of your country (via your embassy or embassies if your couple is from different countries): not only the paper work asked by both administrations is endless but it needs to all be translated in Italian. That leads to the cost issue: all this work is complex and needs a fixer that, also, acts as a translator both for the paper work but also during the ceremony to translate what the mayor is saying which means extra costs to pay that fixer, on top of all the extra costs from both administrations, rent of the city hall, etc… Last but not least: the lengthy part: all this is time consuming and can be frustrating because none of these administrations work together meaning no one can commit on a specific date to which the paper work is done. Count an average of 3 months minimum to be on the safe side. So, one need to be very patient dealing with the entire process. You can now easily see why we always suggest to our couples to do all the paper work at home, in their own language, with their own administration and come to Italy only to celebrate their love in a symbolic way. However, despite all this, would you still want to get legally married in Italy, it’s possible. For that we have a fixer that we outsource. Please let us know if you would want us to put you in contact with her. Her fees and the administration fees vary depending in which city your choose, so we can not say in advance how much they are. Those fees are not included in our package price.
Certainly, our officiant can personalize the ceremony with Catholic content, but please note that they are not a priest. If you prefer a church ceremony, it is only possible in an Anglican church, where we can still make the ceremony as Catholic as possible. Please remember that only Anglican priests are authorized to officiate outside of a church.
The payment is divided into 3 installments (4 for the Infinity package). The first payment is a deposit to confirm your interest in our services. The second payment is requested after we send you the ceremony script for revision and the provisional timeline. These two payments are required via credit card. The final payment will be due on the wedding day in cash.
Transportation is not included, but we can arrange it depending on the distance and the number of people. We can provide you with a customized quote. Please keep in mind that taxis and Ubers are not easy to find around Lake Garda. We always suggest to rent a car.
Normally, three hours are enough. They cover the ceremony, the celebrations, couple photos, photos with guests (if present), and the boat tour. If you’d like preparation photos or photos at other locations, extra hours can be added to the package.
We do not have a predefined package, as the price depends on the type of flowers you want, their seasonality, and the type of decoration you choose. We usually ask you to send reference photos, and we will request a quote for you.
You can add a wedding cake only if a lunch or dinner is planned at a restaurant, or with a private chef in your apartment.
Certainly, the text of the ceremony is fully customizable. After the confirmation, we will send you a questionnaire, and your responses will help us write your ceremony script.
We prefer to continue via email, so we have a record of all the information we exchange. However, if you feel the need or would like to have a Zoom call to discuss details, we’re more than happy to accommodate.
Before the event, we will ask you to send us reference photos of how you would like your makeup and hairstyle.
The getting ready will take place directly at your accommodation (hotel, Airbnb, or other lodging).
We have various types of boats, motorboat or venetian boat, depending on the ceremony location and availability. The photographer or videographer will board the boat to capture these wonderful moments on Lake Garda.
Yes, it is possible. The organization and costs depend on whether you want a private reception at an exclusive location or if you’re happy for us to recommend a good restaurant nearby (with other diners). If you’d like our help with the booking, an additional fee will apply.
Certainly, once we finalize the ceremony location, we’ll be happy to recommend nearby accommodations around Lake Garda.
Certainly, you can bring as many guests as you wish to celebrate your Lake Garda wedding. Please note that in the included locations, the maximum number of guests is 15 due to space limitations (20 for the Infinity), and remember that they will need to stand during the ceremony. If you would like more guests, we suggest renting a private location, which will require an additional charge for the rental. Managing additional guests (more than 15) involves an extra fee.
