Before the ceremony, we discussed the location, timing and my high expectations for photography. Since I regretted going with an inexpensive photographer when we first married 25 years ago, beautiful photographs were especially important to me. Lorenzo shared maps and photos of locations, discussed daylight and lighting, and offered great advice on the best time for photographs. His knowledge of Puglia made planning easy.
I also wanted to surprise my husband by playing a song I had written for him immediately after the ceremony. Lorenzo was completely accommodating, and provided a device to play the song and everything went perfectly.
Jennifer, our officiant, was wonderful. She delivered our ceremony script beautifully and brought warmth and sincerity to the intimate ceremony.
The photography was truly the highlight. Lorenzo is an excellent photographer. He directed and posed us, found beautiful settings and backdrops, and never rushed us. When I received the photos, I was amazed. They were romantic, beautifully composed and captured exactly the feeling I had hoped for. I honestly thought I looked so pretty in them, which meant a lot to me.
Everyone we worked with was kind, professional and accommodating, and Lorenzo made the entire experience feel relaxed and personal.
My only reservation is the price, which is not a reflection of Lorenzo, as he does not set the company's pricing. We paid €1,530 (approximately $1,787 USD), which felt somewhat high for a vow renewal with only two people. We did not need reception assistance, guest coordination or a reserved venue, as our ceremony took place in a beautiful, free public location. For a larger wedding or celebration, I could see the package being easier to justify.
That said, I would absolutely recommend Lorenzo, especially to couples who value personalized service, local knowledge and beautiful photography. He helped create a wonderful 25th anniversary memory, and the photographs are something we will treasure for years to come.
Now comes the really difficult part: deciding which pictures to print and hang on my wall. UGH! Lorenzo, you have officially made this impossible. How am I supposed to choose when I love every single one?! I think I may need a bigger house… or just a bigger wall!
Jeremie, you made our French Rivera dreams come true. From start to finish the whole process has been nothing but smooth, with lots of communication and updates on where the planning process is at. We didn’t have to think about a single thing!

We started communicating with Camilla over a year before our wedding, and she was amazing every step of the way. She stayed in touch throughout the planning process, recommended hotels, helped coordinate everything once we arrived, and was always communicating with us so we never had to worry about a thing. She arranged for hair and makeup to come to our hotel, organized transportation to our ceremony location, and made sure every detail was taken care of.
Our ceremony was absolutely picture perfect. It was simple, intimate, romantic, and everything we had hoped for.
The rest of the day felt like we were living in a movie thanks to Marco, our photographer, and Walter, our videographer. I think for many you'll feel odd about parting with money and leaving the planning of your ceremony to a team half way across the globe on the other side of an email - but now I've been back home for three weeks following our ceremony this should be the very reason you use Love Gracefully.
A few very simple emails back and fourth, and all the work is done for you - exactly how you want it. Just wait for the instructions that come a week or two before your ceremony and you're all set.

Ceremony and Photo Shoot Location - Tempietto di Diana, Villa Borghese, Rome, Italy
We had the absolute best time at the lovely wedding that Love Gracefully put together for us! We were already so happy to be there in Rome, and seeing the whole vision come together was so amazing. The van driver was awesome, and he took my father and I directly where we needed to go prior to the ceremony, and drove my husband and I all around Villa Borghese in Rome to reach multiple photoshoot locations. I loved my bouquet and I am so glad it turned out so pretty. The ceremony location at Tempietto di Diana was awesome and it was so fun to have our guests sitting around the stone benches. The whole Villa Borghese park areas was really beautiful and perfect for an outdoor wedding.
Our coordinator, Alessia, worked with us to change our photo shoot location so last minute, and it really made a huge difference in the style of photos we were able to get. Our photographer was so kind and helpful in making us feel comfortable in front of the camera and we love all the shots! The violinist was the perfect touch and it was so special to get a first dance there in the park. Everything was so perfect and we are so glad with the decision we made to choose Love Gracefully. They were so great from the very beginning and really supported us through the process every step of the way. Love Gracefully and especially Alessia made our big day even more special and memorable!

Most couples choose Gold or Diamond for the iconic boat experience on the lake.
If the weather is bad, we will assess different options together. If all vendors and you are available, we can change the day or time of the ceremony. If rescheduling is not possible or the weather doesn’t allow it, each location has a backup plan, and we provide beautiful transparent umbrellas for the ceremony and photos.
Not in included locations – we provide music through a speaker. Live music only allowed at private locations, with costs depending on instrument type and duration.
Not included, but we can arrange it based on distance and number of people. Taxis and Ubers are hard to find around Lake Garda – we always suggest renting a car.
Certainly — you can bring as many guests as you wish to celebrate your Lake Garda wedding. In the included locations, the maximum is 15 guests (20 for the Infinity package) due to space, and they’ll need to stand during the ceremony. For more guests, we suggest renting a private location, which carries an additional rental charge; managing more than 15 guests involves an extra fee.

Once we’ve tailored your perfect day, secure your date through our secure payment system. From there, our local team handles all the logistics — and only stops once your Lake Garda celebration is exactly as you dreamed it.
We don’t offer that service in our packages. As you’ll see across our website, our ceremonies are purely symbolic, with no legal value — and there’s a good reason. When non-Italian couples realise what a legal marriage in Italy involves, about 99% back off. It’s possible, but complex, costly and lengthy.
Complex, because you deal with two administrations: the Italian one and your own country’s (through your embassy — or both embassies if you’re from different countries). The paperwork on both sides is endless, and all of it must be translated into Italian.
That drives the cost: the process needs a fixer who also acts as translator, both for the paperwork and during the ceremony to translate the mayor’s words — extra fees on top of the administration costs, the city-hall rental, and so on.
And it’s slow: none of these administrations work together, so no one commits to a firm date. Count three months minimum to be safe, and plenty of patience.
That’s why we always suggest doing the paperwork at home, in your own language, with your own administration, then coming to Italy simply to celebrate your love symbolically. If you’d still like to marry legally in Italy, it’s possible — we outsource a trusted fixer. Just ask and we’ll put you in touch. Her fees and the administration fees depend on the city, so we can’t quote them in advance; they’re not included in our package price.
Certainly, our officiant can personalize the ceremony with Catholic content, but please note that they are not a priest. If you prefer a church ceremony, it is only possible in an Anglican church, where we can still make the ceremony as Catholic as possible. Please remember that only Anglican priests are authorized to officiate outside of a church.
The payment is divided into 3 installments (4 for the Infinity package). The first payment is a deposit to confirm your interest in our services. The second payment is requested after we send you the ceremony script for revision and the provisional timeline. These two payments are required via credit card. The final payment will be due on the wedding day in cash.
Normally, three hours are enough. They cover the ceremony, the celebrations, couple photos, photos with guests (if present), and the boat tour. If you’d like preparation photos or photos at other locations, extra hours can be added to the package.
We do not have a predefined package, as the price depends on the type of flowers you want, their seasonality, and the type of decoration you choose. We usually ask you to send reference photos, and we will request a quote for you.
You can add a wedding cake only if a lunch or dinner is planned at a restaurant, or with a private chef in your apartment.
Certainly — the ceremony text is fully customisable. After confirmation, we’ll send you a questionnaire, and your answers help us write your ceremony script.
We prefer to continue via email, so we have a record of all the information we exchange. However, if you feel the need or would like to have a Zoom call to discuss details, we’re more than happy to accommodate.
Before the event, we will ask you to send us reference photos of how you would like your makeup and hairstyle.
The getting ready will take place directly at your accommodation (hotel, Airbnb, or other lodging).
We have various types of boats, motorboat or venetian boat, depending on the ceremony location and availability. The photographer or videographer will board the boat to capture these wonderful moments on Lake Garda.
Yes, it is possible. The organization and costs depend on whether you want a private reception at an exclusive location or if you’re happy for us to recommend a good restaurant nearby (with other diners). If you’d like our help with the booking, an additional fee will apply.
