She guided us effortlessly from start to finish, anticipating needs we didn't even know we had. On the day of our ceremony, we discovered that the Iron Man race in Cascais was taking place literally right outside our hotel, making it impossible to leave. Belinda handled the situation with absolute grace — contacting the hotel, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a clear path so we could reach our ride waiting on a side street. Not once did we feel stressed; she made everything flow seamlessly. Truly, the perfect planner.
And then there’s Nicole, who walked into my room with a massive box of makeup selections and the most infectious energy. She was fun, professional, shockingly knowledgeable, and full of life. Not only did she make me feel like royalty, but my hair and makeup stayed flawless all night long — even with all the movement, celebrating, and a broken foot to work around! Her experience really showed, and she made the pampering process such a beautiful part of the day.
Our photographer was exceptional as well — directing us like seasoned Hollywood stars while capturing incredibly natural, candid photographs (exactly what we wanted!). His creativity blew us away, especially when he brought out a drone for stunning overhead shots we never expected. Every angle, every moment, every emotion — preserved forever.
What made this team stand out the most was not just the talent, but their humanity. They were kind, patient, fun, and genuinely invested in our happiness. Even though it was just the two of us, we always felt like we were surrounded by friends.
