Amalfi Coast wedding packages start at €970 for the Basic package (ceremony and officiant only).
Our most popular Silver package costs €1,810 and includes 1 hour of professional photography, a bouquet, and the ceremony at iconic locations like Positano cliffs, Ravello gardens or Amalfi seaside.
The Gold package (€2,980) adds 3 hours of photography and a Mercedes chauffeur tour of the coastal villages. The Diamond package (€5,110) includes both 3 hours of photography and videography, to capture your cinematic wedding film. For fully customized luxury experiences, our Infinity package starts at €9,410 and includes a private venue for 2 hours, 5 hours each of photo and video coverage, a choice of vintage car coastal tour or sunset boat experience, violinist, and hair/makeup artist.
Two things to budget for. Add +€100 to any package price for Sorrento locations (slightly higher vendor travel costs). Private venues have additional rental fees (€1,200-3,000) — and some villas allow couple photos but do not permit holding the ceremony.

The closest major airport is Naples International Airport (NAP), about 60-90 minutes from the Amalfi Coast depending on your destination.
Private transfer — highly recommended. 60-75 minutes to Amalfi or Positano, 50 minutes to Sorrento, at €100-150 each way. The drivers navigate the winding coastal roads expertly, and we can arrange transfers through trusted local drivers.
Public transport — take the Alibus shuttle from the airport to Naples Centrale train station (20 min, €5), then the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento (70 min, €5), then the SITA bus along the coast to Positano or Amalfi (45-90 min, €5). This saves money but takes 3-4 hours total with connections.
Ferry (April-October only) — private transfer to Naples port (€60), then ferry to Positano or Amalfi (90 minutes, €20-25). Scenic, but weather-dependent.
Rome airports (Fiumicino, Ciampino) are 3-4 hours away — only use them if you are combining Rome with the Amalfi Coast.
Most couples stay 2-3 nights on the Amalfi Coast: one night before the wedding, the wedding day, one night after. Book centrally in Positano, Amalfi or Sorrento for easy access to ceremony locations.
No car rental needed. The narrow, winding coastal roads are stressful to drive. Ceremony and Photo Shoot Location - Tempietto di Diana, Villa Borghese, Rome, Italy
We had the absolute best time at the lovely wedding that Love Gracefully put together for us! We were already so happy to be there in Rome, and seeing the whole vision come together was so amazing. The van driver was awesome, and he took my father and I directly where we needed to go prior to the ceremony, and drove my husband and I all around Villa Borghese in Rome to reach multiple photoshoot locations. I loved my bouquet and I am so glad it turned out so pretty. The ceremony location at Tempietto di Diana was awesome and it was so fun to have our guests sitting around the stone benches. The whole Villa Borghese park areas was really beautiful and perfect for an outdoor wedding.
Our coordinator, Alessia, worked with us to change our photo shoot location so last minute, and it really made a huge difference in the style of photos we were able to get. Our photographer was so kind and helpful in making us feel comfortable in front of the camera and we love all the shots! The violinist was the perfect touch and it was so special to get a first dance there in the park. Everything was so perfect and we are so glad with the decision we made to choose Love Gracefully. We recommend booking 6-10 months in advance, especially for peak season (May-September) or popular dates. The Amalfi Coast is Italy’s most popular wedding destination and demand is very high.
Our booking timeline:
- 6-10 months ahead — the best choice of dates, and ensures availability of Camilla’s coordination, our top photographers and preferred hotels. Early booking is essential.
- 3-6 months notice — usually works for shoulder season (April, October-November), though photographer and venue selection may be more limited.
- 2-3 months notice — sometimes possible in winter (December-March) or if you have flexible dates. Contact us immediately to check availability.
- Less than 6 weeks — last-minute weddings are occasionally possible but rare. The coastal hotels, vendors and venues book solid.
Hotels fill up fast. In peak season (June-September), waterfront hotels in Positano and Ravello can book 6-12 months ahead, especially those with sea-view rooms. Winter is easier — beautiful hotels available with 2-3 months notice.
Private venue requirements. Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone often need 4-6 months advance booking for ceremony access, especially May-October. Grand Hotel Royal and luxury hotels need 3-6 months for terrace or garden ceremony rentals.

For small ceremonies, generally up to 15 guests it depends on the site. For couples wishing to secure a private or exclusive venue, dedicated locations can be arranged. The list of available villas and venues is reviewed with Camilla, as availability depends on the season, the location, and the number of guests.
A sunset boat tour is included in the Infinity Package and may also be added as an optional experience to other packages.

This service includes a private car with a driver for the couple. The driver will pick you up at your accommodation, take you to the ceremony location, and, for the duration included in your package, drive along the coast to selected scenic spots for photos and videos (depending on the package chosen). At the end of the service, the driver will drop you off at your hotel or restaurant.
Most stunning Amalfi Coast locations are public and included free in all packages for ceremonies with up to 15 guests — clifftop terraces in Positano, Ravello garden viewpoints, Amalfi seaside promenades, Sorrento coastal paths and hidden beaches are all accessible without additional fees.

What the rental fee includes: exclusive ceremony site access during rental hours, tables and chairs for ceremony seating (confirm the exact setup with the venue), garden or terrace maintenance and presentation, venue staff coordination, and sometimes basic floral arrangements.
What’s additional and not included in the venue rental: our wedding package services (officiant, photography, videography and so on — you select which Love Gracefully package you want), any catering or reception food and beverage (venues typically have preferred caterers or in-house options), elaborate floral décor beyond the venue’s existing gardens, music beyond what’s in your Love Gracefully package, and guest transportation to and from the venue if needed.
Most couples choose public locations. The Amalfi Coast’s natural beauty — clifftops, gardens, seaside promenades — rivals any private venue, and lets you invest more in photography, videography, or extending your Italian honeymoon. But for guaranteed zero crowds, VIP privacy, or ceremonies with 20+ guests, private venues provide unforgettable exclusive experiences.

What you receive. All edited high-resolution photos — typically 150-250 images for 3h coverage, 50-80 images for 1h coverage — with professional color correction, exposure and light editing on all images, delivered via an online gallery you can download, share with family and print from. Your online gallery stays active for 1 year, though we recommend downloading within 90 days.
Videography delivery (Diamond and Infinity packages). The full ceremony highlight film (5-8 minutes) within 8-10 weeks, with all footage delivered via a secure downloadable link.
