To the mountains we go to loose our heart and find our souls. Bavaria is located in the South of Germany and most impressing are its mountains. Going up means starting in a green and blooming area, followed by rough rocks and at least get on snowy tops. Cable cars will bring you up if you don´t want to hike. But in Bavaria, you can get everything, high mountains, endless nature, picturesque old villages, modern cities and airports, historic castles, Oktoberfest and probably the best beer in the world. And it is all so easy to reach, within three hours you can go from a historic German town with cute old areas like Bamberg to the borders of Austria and see the famous Schloss Neuschwanstein, Füssen and the Zugspitze. Romantic little guest houses with blooming balconies are looking forward to welcome you, cosy restaurants, called “Wirtshaus” will serve you Bavarian delicacies like pork roast, apple strudel with vanilla sauce and of course beer, not to forget, the food is extremely important in Bavaria, as an old saying is “love goes through the stomach”. Would you like to wear a wedding Dirndl and Lederhose instead of a classic wedding dress? Here in the south of Germany we have special tailorings for this. Our wedding planner, Giulia, was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process — from when we started planning three months out all the way until we said “I do.” She made sure every detail was handled beautifully and went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we envisioned.
Despite the rain, the team even managed to coordinate gorgeous drone footage and photos, which turned out stunning. Thanks to their dedication and professionalism, our day was truly magical and stress-free.
The only area that was a bit challenging was getting clarity on pricing closer to our wedding day, particularly around transportation since we chose a venue outside of the free options included in the package. However, everything still worked out smoothly in the end.
Overall, we’re so grateful to Giulia and the entire Love Gracefully team for making our wedding day unforgettable!

Uschi has been working as a wedding and event planner for more then 20 years and joined Love Gracefully in 2024. She is a creative chaos coordinator, always on the point, finding solutions instead of seeing problems, highly reliable and experienced.
Grown up in the mountains and her father being member of the mountain guard her home base today is Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the foot of Germanys highest mountain Zugspitze and her passion is – of course – creating mountain weddings. She loves being outdoors and show you the best way to have a relaxed nature wedding in Austria or Germany.
She will guide you to the best places, gorgeous views and find the very best vendors for your great day. She is an extremely empathetic person, understanding quickly your needs and your wedding day will be on top of her priority to make sure you have the best possible and tailor-made mountain wedding experience.
